CASE 001 / COMMERCIAL VALUATION
A commercial brokerage and a valuation report that writes itself.
WHAT THEY DID BY HAND
Every valuation report started from scratch. The property's numbers in one window, the market data in another, and hours of copying, formatting, and checking the result against brand standards before it could go out.
WHAT GOT BUILT
A tool that takes the source files and produces a finished, brand-compliant valuation report. It shipped with a sample output the firm evaluated before anything was installed, plus a usage spec written for the people who run it.
WHAT CHANGED
Report assembly went from an afternoon of copying to a review pass. The hours now go to the judgment the client is actually paid for, not the formatting.
SEC.02 / THE IN-HOUSE RECORD
Tested on the owner first.
Before any client build, these ran in Ben's own business. They still do, every day. Nothing gets offered to a client that has not survived real use.
